Job Description

As a dedicated account manager, you will be our clients main point of contact via Slack. You’ll be responsible for communicating with clients, holding weekly calls with them, gathering details for requests, and ensuring that they are confident in the execution and implementation of their project requests. As a technical project manager, you will delegate tasks across a team of technicians and project coordinators as well as execute on project tasks requiring programming. As a leader on the project team, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure that your impact is in alignment with the company vision and benefits the team and clients

The ideal candidate has a breadth of front end and back end programming knowledge, an inquisitive and collaborative style of working on a team, and a drive for delivering top-tier results to our clients, all while making an impact on our team and across the business.

Account Management: Communicate directly with clients to maintain an established partnership for the collaboration on all technical projects
Technical Build Out: Use Zapier and/or Integromat to create integrations and use REST APIs to create custom solutions when needed
Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to execute on strategic vision and communicate that into actionable tasks for the rest of the team

Must Have:
Experience in a technical environment
Basic HTML and JS is a plus
Experience working with DNS and servers is a plus
Great communication and account management skills
Willingness to lead a team and collaborate with team members
