Reporting to the AbilitiCBT Operations Manager you will apply your customer service, organizational, administrative and computer skills to your role within the Health & Productivity Solutions team.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to and resolving client and clinician technical inquiries via phone and email, and supporting their needs in a timely manner

  • Managing AbilitiCBT services using an in house application; AbilitiManage
  • Responsible for the Level 1 troubleshooting of any technical issues related to the AbilitiCBT program. Including, but not limited to AbilitiManage, AbilitiCBT App, program access, etc.
  • New User Setup and maintenance
  • User Acceptance Testing and review of new client setups, updates to systems, content, etc.
  • Demonstrated skills in research and problem solving.
  • An interest in technology and technical aptitude are considered an asset
  • Must have flexibility in the scheduling of hours worked, such as alternative work schedules (e.g. flex start/end times)
  • Communicating with different departments within LifeWorks via phone and email
  • Communicating effectively to our client(s)
  • Meeting established productivity objectives
  • Education or experience with Mental Health is considered an asset.

You are an individual with a high energy level who adapts well to changing responsibilities. You have very strong customer service and technical skills and an eye for detail. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and would consider yourself a team player. You are flexible and willing to assist when needed. Candidates will possess excellent skills in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
