Job Description:

The Service Writer position at Robertson Implements offers a dynamic environment of which you will be the first voice a customer hears when contacting us. A normal day will have you supporting our service department by preparing and updating work orders, helping the Service Manager to schedule work, and providing exceptional service experiences for our customers through out the entire process. It requires an ability work independently and work as part of our store team.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of common computer software (word, excel)
• Outgoing and positive attitude and superior organization skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with agriculture experience
• Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
• Proven work ethic and ability to work with a team
