A Quality Assurance Analyst fulfills an important role at CityView, working in the Research & Development department to ensure that new software development and issue resolutions are ready for release to our customers. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.

WHAT WILL YOUR NEW ROLE BE

• Capture, analyze, document and refine business requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria based on input from end users and subject matter experts
• Work closely with QA Team members to ensure all software bugs are caught in house before the software is delivered to the customer.
• Executes complex functional, application and regression tests.
• Help developers and other Quality Assurance staff with test script creation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in a Software QA Analyst role, developing and executing test processes
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with project delivery methodology
• Experience with functional testing, requirements management, acceptance testing
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative with little or vague directions at times to solve problems and be resourceful in seeking answers

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
