Description
As part of our Homecare team, you will provide ongoing care and management of Medigas Oxygen and Sleep (OSA) Therapy patients, with continuous education, pertinent healthcare services such as assessments, setup, and follow up services, consultation and promotion to referral sources, and completion of client documentation.
- Assess, educate, and initiate Home Oxygen therapy and Sleep Therapy
- Provide ongoing follow-up to community based respiratory clients.
- Set up and monitor BiLevel/CPAP and other related Respiratory devices Medigas showcases.
- Completion of all necessary client documentation: order intake, progress notes, billing documentation and Ministry of Health forms
- Education in the form of in-services to the medical/homecare communities
- Comply with Praxair Clinical Standards, Home Care Operating Model and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- An RRT or RN with current registration
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Effective communication, clinical and technical skills
- Committed to client, organizational, and personal safety
- Trustworthy with high ethical standards
