Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Status: Full time, permanent

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Handle the full Accounts Receivable process
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Enter cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
• Coordinate new customer accounts and do client credit verification
• Manage credit limits and issue credit notes
• Generate customer statements and reports
• Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in A/R
• Fluency in English required
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Sage 300 (ACCPAC) an asset
